CCL completed complex integration to the Met Police and other vendors as part of BT vendor integration program for Incident Management and Service Request & Work Orders.

Certain aspects of this integration required inbound create incident from a external customer system where ticket would be assigned to BT.  This was a huge undertaking for CCL to help build an highly complex interface between Atrium Orchestrator and BT as well as integrating to other third party service management systems.  

This was a complete custom development using web services and transformation to convert data into the values required by BT and Met Police and other vendors.

CCL provided a detail solution design document for these integrations for the customer to review and sign off.  Once approved CCL completed the custom integration on time and in budget.
